A free June cooking demonstration series in Oxford will focus on nutrition strategies tied to men’s health, cancer risk reduction, and healthy aging.
The Griffin Center for Healthy Living at Quarry Walk, located at 300 Oxford Road, will host the classes every Tuesday in June from 5 to 6:15 p.m. in its Teaching Kitchen, according to Griffin Health.

Grammy Award-winning artists Chris Brown and Usher have announced a co-headlining stadium tour set to stop across the Northeast this summer.
Northeast stop include Washington, DC on July 10 and 11, Syracuse, NY on Aug. 1, and Boston, MA on Aug. 17.
The R&B Tour will also include two shows at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford on Friday, Aug. 7, and Saturday, Aug. 8, according to tour listings.
