Stafford Sisters Arrested After Police Pursuit
A pair of sisters, one of whom had been wanted on warrants, are facing charges after a police pursuit in Stafford, authorities said.
Both Sharlynia and Kelzy Young, 21 and 19, appeared nervous when a deputy stopped their gold Nissan Maxima on Warrenton Road for failing to yield on Friday, Feb. 17 around 3:20 p.m., Stafford police said.
Kelzy, the driver, told the officer she was nervous since she'd never been pulled over, and gave him a fake as he realized she had active warrants out for her arrest, authorities said.

Frank J. Baker, 29, of Seabrook, was found guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 1 in connection with the July 20, 2019 shooting death of Jair Rennie in Gouldtown, Fairfield Township, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.

An Albany man wanted out of several jurisdictions tried to run from police after they stopped his car on the Palisades Interstate Parkway and found him carrying a gun, authorities said.
Ammar Ali, 33, was driving a 2002 Honda Civic that was stopped on the southbound parkway in Alpine shortly after 1 a.m. Monday, Jan. 2, PIP Police Lt. Raymond E. Walter said.

An Easton man was intoxicated when he crashed into a tree in Warren County and fled into a nearby farm with two others, state police allege.
Troopers responded to a Honda Accord crash into a tree at Routes 632 and 643 in Franklin Township just after 1:20 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, NJSP Tpr. II Charles Marchan told DailyVoice.com.
On the way, responders were told that three men exited the Accord and ran into a nearby farm, Marchan said.
