LEICESTER, Mass. - Kostandinos “Charlie” Mingos, 45, of Pleasant Street died on Sept. 19.
He leaves his parents Anastasios and Eleni (Lykopoulou) Mingos, a brother Athanasios “Arthur” Mingos of Leicester, two sisters Magdalina “Maggie” Mingos of Athens, Greece and Georgia Mingos Cichowski and her husband Richard of Leicester,a sister-in-law Candida Lovelace-Mingos of Leicester, three nephews,one niece and a great-neice.
Mr. Mingos was born in Germany. He was a chef at several area diners including Lou Rocs in Worcester and 122 Diner in Holden. He was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral. He enjoyed the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He loved spending time with his family.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 10 a,n, in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours are Tuesday Sept. 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Morin-Morrison Funeral Home, 1131 Main Street, Leicester.
