LEICESTER, Mass. - Joseph J. White, Sr., 78, of Leicester, died peacefully Monday, July 30 in his home.
He leaves his wife of 52 years, Barbara T. (Low) White; two sons, Joseph J. White, Jr. and his wife Kimberly of North Kingstown, RI and J. Kevin White and his wife Julie of Paxton; five grandchildren, Zachary J., Benjamin J., Caitlyn M., Hayley C., and Anthony J. White. He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Tomasiello.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Joseph J. and Anne (Nedusky) White and graduated from the former High School of Commerce. He was a self employed real estate and property manager for many years. Mr. White was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Parish, Worcester.
The funeral is Thursday, August, 2 from O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. A visiting hour is from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
