SHREWSBURY, Mass. — The Central Mass. Regional Public Health Alliance is asking local residents for their input on health care challenges.
A survey is being administered to people who live and/or work in the greater Worcester region. The information gathered will be used as part of a plan to set priorities for health improvement and engage partners and organizations to develop, support and implement the plan.
Among its 14 questions, the survey wants to know how you would describe the health of your community, the top health issues that impact your family and community, what could make it easier for you to live healthy, and what obstacles you face in achieving proper health care.
The Public Health Alliance is operated by the City of Worcester Division of Public Health, UMass Memorial Medical Center, Common Pathways and other partners.
The alliance estimate the survey will take five minutes to complete, and would like residents to take the survey by Aug. 31.
The survey can be taken at this website.
